Every year, restaurants in Venice join in on Savor Sarasota. From June 1st to June 14th our local restaurants design a pix-fixe menu for lunch and dinner for one price! Lunch menus are just $20 per person and dinner menus are $35 per person. This is a great way to experience the best restaurants in Venice on a budget! What Restaurants in Venice are included in Savor Sarasota?

I wanted to make it a bit easier for the Venice crowd to find our local spots offering these deals as well! Here’s the list of what restaurants in Venice are participating and some highlights of what is on the menu!
Ristorante San Marco

For Lunch and Dinner, the offerings include a pairing of Italian favorites. Choose from eggplant tower parmesan, arancini, mama’s meatball, artichoke hearts, soup or salad. Entree choices include chicken parmigiana with pasta, homemade cheese ravioli, flounder piccata, tagliatelle bolognese or rigatoni with sausage, mushrooms and peas in a light cream sauce. Dinner also includes a third course as a sweet treat of Italian white chocolate parfait, cannoli or tiramisu. They are also offering some fantastic happy hour specials!
Cafe Venice Restaurant and Bar

For lunch, enjoy a delicious crispy pork sandwich served with a pasta salad and either a slice of homemade key lime pie or a beverage choice of coffee, tea or soda. Dinner offers a few more choices to make starting with teriyaki beef skewers or summer mango salad with either stuffed chicken breast or stuffed seafood pasta. End the meal sweetly with apple pecan bread pudding or Spanish flan with caramel sauce.
Chaz 51 Steakhouse

This year Chaz 51 is offering a dinner menu for Savor Sarasota. Start off your meal with Rose Sangria and either soup or salad with your choice of braised chuck short rib, broiled salmon or Chaz shrimp and grits with sweet raspberry sorbet. The best part is that Chaz 51 also extends this special all the way through October 1st!

Recently, Lucarelli’s was passed down from Bob and Pam Lucarelli to their daughter and son-in-law, who may just be the new culinary super couple of Venice. Their son-in-law happens to be none other than Tommy Villani from OTW group, owner of Off The Wagon and Irma’s Tacos, with a steakhouse planned for 2023. What’s on the menu for Savor Sarasota 2022?
Dinner is being offered with some off menu specials. Choices for an appetizer are steamed mussels, bruschetta or prosciutto wrapped melon with balsamic glaze and grilled radicchio. The second course is a choice of insalata mista, caesar salad or Italian wedding soup and then the main event… Lasagna Lucarelli or Cobia Piccata. For an additional $5, you can also choose Lucarelli’s mixed grill as your third course which includes a lamb chop, Italian sausage and beef tenderloin served with roasted potatoes and vegetables with a green peppercorn brandy demi-glace. As another added bonus, the menu also offers Happy Hour BOGO on select wine and beer options as well as $2 off any craft cocktail.
Fins at Sharky’s

Fins is offering your choice of an entree and either an appetizer or dessert as your two-course lunch and also the possibility to upgrade dinner to include wine pairings for only $23 more. Main dishes for lunch include picadillo tacos, shrimp strawberry blush salad or a crispy fish sandwich. Then decide if you want one of the starter choices of soup, beet cured Faroe Island salmon or coconut fried shrimp or if you want a dessert choice of carrot cake, key lime brulee, or a hot fudge sundae made with local favorite Ciao Gelato’s frozen deliciousness. The same starters and desserts are available as choices for dinner, with the entrees including a tea brined airline chicken breast, beef tenderloin bourguignon or a seafood risotto.
Crow’s Nest Marina Restaurant

Located right on the waterway, Crow’s Nest is tucked away on Venice Island. Similar to Fins, for lunch, you can choose an entree with either an appetizer or dessert! Main course options for lunch include meatloaf marsala, blackened Mahi Mahi bowl, or marinated half chicken while dinner entrees include linguine with white clam sauce, pork Osso Bucco or broiled salmon. For appetizers, the chef creates a new soup du jour daily as a choice or you can have a summer salad or bruschetta (shrimp cocktail is available for dinner.) Dessert options include key lime pie, chocolate mousse or vanilla ice cream.
Savor Sarasota Specials in Nokomis

Lunch gets you your choice of grilled falafel, vegan quinoa cakes or a cup of soup as your first course. For main entrees, the choices are a pesto chicken wrap, bacon swiss burger, avocado wrap or Thai chicken salad (you are going to LOVE the house-made Thai peanut dressing!). As for dinner, the first course is either raw avocado sliders, cheesy quinoa cakes, or a bowl of soup. Main dish options are the chicken pesto bowl, cheesy cake Napoleon (grilled eggplant layered with quinoa cakes, smothered in marinara, and served over spinach), Chana masala bowl, or fresh salmon. Finish off your meal with a gluten-free and vegan dessert cup or the delicious chocolate layer cake.
Pop’s Sunset Grill

Pop’s is known for its beautiful venue for waterfront dining. For lunch, enjoy a choice of house salad, caesar salad, cup of lobster bisque or clam chowder with either a turkey club sandwich or chipotle lobster tacos and a choice of side dish. If you head there for dinner, you’ll have a choice of ceviche or Caprese salad with roasted beets served with either steak and shrimp skewers or chicken piccata with red-skinned mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a slice of key lime pie.
